Gosh, thank you for sharing this heartbreaking story, Lauren. And thank you for the comfort that you provided to Busi and to her mom. And wow, what a difference having an ACP made to the care that Busi received! I do hope Sihle got to hold Busi at the end as well. It is what would have been best for both of them. How special that she sent you a voice note to thank you. Perhaps a follow up message to Sihle to say you are thinking of her and her little one, would also be appreciated.
