One book that I highly recommended reading and putting on your bookshelf is a book on advance care planning called ‘Follow the Child- planning for the best end-of-life care for your child” written by Sacha Langton-Gilks!
The reason I suggest it in this forum is because it relates so well to a familys perspectives and perceptions when caring for a child with a life threatening or life-limiting condition.
