      Hi, my name is Michelle Stevens and I am a first year medical intern working at Rob Ferreira Hospital. I want to establish at the beginning of my career a strong foundation of effective communication skills in the context of paediatric palliative care, and a strong knowledge base surrounding pain management and end-of-life care for children. The skills I learn from this course will be helpful in daily practice even outside of the context of paediatric palliation, and are skills that I can implement for life in my daily practice.

Once completed you will find you cannot go back to the way you used to practice – this is a life-changing course and it’s almost as if any blinkers that you may have fall away and lightbulbs start flashing even where you dont expect them too!
