Hi there I am a medical officer at one of Durban’s largest regional hospitals PMMH in a location known as Umlazi for the past 12yrs.
Over the years I have been nominated the palliative care champion for my department and hospital.
I have a great desire to pursue this specialized training and I am committed to change the reality of children suffering in my community.
I wanted to do the post graduate diploma 3 yrs ago but could not due to financial constraints. I am thankful to have the opportunity to pursue this 9 month course to transform care at my place of work by bringing my patients and their families comfort and hope
