In my opinion the health care team providing care to children with life limiting conditions should be empathic,polite,compassionate and eager to provide patient centred care with effective communication skills.We can play as effective team if we have regular MDTs,addressing family concerns in timely fashion and focused on quality care.In a stressful conditions normally i take a break,sit abck and relax.Try to reorganize myself and my thoughts .Sometime i go out for little walks.
