      1. I think the decision that I struggle the most with would be discontinuing feeds/hydration at the end of life. As mentioned in the course, there is something so instinctive about trying to feed a vulnerable person, specifically a child or baby. I struggle with this as it is really difficult to “withhold” such a basic need.

      2. One of the most difficult dilemmas I personally struggle with is the termination of pregnancy beyond 20 weeks and having to be present for the delivery as the babies often come out breathing and sometimes even live for a few hours. That time is really difficult for me.

      Gosh, Kayla. I can imagine how difficult it must be to have to witness the termination of a fetus beyond 20 weeks and am sure it causes moral distress.
