The lack of sufficient assessment tools in children’s
palliative care Can hinder the quality of comprehensiveness, and effectiveness of care provided to patients, as well limit research opportunities in the field. It is essential to develop and promote the use of assessment tools to ensure comprehensive and standardized care for patients receiving palliative care.Thats the challenge that we sometimes face as Healthcare professionals.

Patience, I totally agree with you that assessment tools are underutilized in our facilities, and sadly this is to the detriment of our patients. Any ideas of how you think we can motivate to make that they are standard when assessing all aspects of the person, not just when we monitor their vital signs?
