The team, me, myself and I. Ward Visits are done by me, Palliative Referrals received by me and Palliative Support is done by me. Preparation for dying and Support is done by me. Last Birthdays by me. Admin and submitting of reports are all done by me. I have 2 Colleagues in other Provinces, they have Help. I have asked but no assistance. I have a Matriculant that is helping with Capturing as she has taken the year to improve her Matric Pass to go and study next year.
The Teams that is working is the one between myself and the Medical Team, communication and inclusion is excellent. The Team with Child, Parents and Family is also working well.
I built this Program from scratch at the Hospital where I am working, and it is going well, survived and ran through COVID.
I am not frustrated, angry or anything, just tired. Overworked and sadly underpaid. I have given my notice, and have started looking for something. Committed myself until End September 2024 to complete Projects that I have started and that I am busy with.
