      Pain is hard. As adults sometimes we have difficulty describing pain, imagine children. And I think that is the most difficult part, is actually first identifying the problem and the fact that the patient is in pain and then being able to do something about it, being able to identify those non-verbal is harder than one thinks…
      I also feel like most facilities are unaware of the many different pain scales and other means of identifying pain, which is something that should be integrated as part of a daily routine in managing children
