This course and the knowledge I acquired surpassed what I had anticipated, leaving me feeling empowered and offering a fresh outlook on palliative care. I am now determined to encourage my colleagues and parents to understand that palliative care is an essential holistic approach and must be seen as the Umbrella, Not the Rain. Fostering recognition of the value of palliative care and collaborating with different health professionals and teams to improve awareness is definitely part of the upcoming clinical strategic plans.
