My name is Susan, I am a Registered Counsellor. I wanted to do this course because I have experience working with children and their parents as a counsellor ( I currently work mostly with adolescents and women). I have a special interest in the overlap between physical health/sickness and mental/emotional well-being and how to provide holistic support and care. I realised the need for palliative support for babies, children and their families and would like to focus my practice towards providing palliative psychosocial care to children and their families.
