There’s something to be said for working alone (especially as a perfectionist!)
– things are always done your way!
– things are always done right!
– things are always done in time and to the high standard that you expect!

But if I’m perfectly honest, it can really be exhausting doing everything by yourself, especially the things you’re are not particularly good at.
There’s also so much more fun when things are done in team!
More gets accomplished, there’s a greater feeling of achievement and the organization benefits so much more. Our brains work differently and we can solve problems differently- what a strength!

Even though we’re all different, and have different ideas and sometimes rub each other the wrong way, we need each other to create beauty for others!
