      Balance work and life take time off or use flexible schedule tend to improve team morale and retention
      Selfe Care is Essential for Performance take a good rest
      I have created timetable of sleep to keep myself happy and it helps me; take nutrition I cannot skip breakfast to recharge myself,
      and exercise i love yoga and fast walk for mental health care

      In my view teamwork makes work to be less stressful and less pressure exerted on a sole individual, as a team you get to come up with valid questions and can give an effective support and counselling as one ir two in a team can pick up something that you as a sole counselor could miss, coming to self care its much easier when the work load is shared in between the team and saw that talking about your feelings it actually helps and group therapies also helps.
