Teamwork; is a collaborative effort of a group of people working together to achieve a common goal or task. It involves cooperation, communication, and shared understanding to accomplish something that would be difficult to achieve independently, each member involved in the palliative care team plays a very crucial part which makes the whole process inter-dependent and also very important to understand and value each parties role
When providing support in a family the support is required in many different ways which is the reason the team is made with members in different fields A social worker cannot cover a nurses role and vise versa
Self-Care; As a social worker self care is important to avoid burn out, and also supervision where one is able to offload and get different perspective of things with other professionals within the field and other ways of refreshing mind such as meditating and or exercising they help one to relax, recollect and release some tension
