      I found this topic extremely interesting as the only tool that I have seen used for palliative care children is the advanced care plan. I feel that the use of the other tools available will make a holistic assessment more realistic which will hopefully improve the experience of the child and their family

      I’m so pleased to hear this, Tayla. We need to create more awareness of the tools that are available to use.
